摘要:

本文介绍了反井钻井法施工工艺和反井钻井中常见事故,并进行了原因分析,重点对反井钻进先导孔施工过程中可能发生的缩颈、塌孔、卡钻、偏斜超限、漏失等主要常见事故进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,给出了指导性处理预案与办法,本文对反井钻进先导孔施工具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:

Abstract: This paper introduces the operation process of the raise-boring drilling method and some common accidents during raise-boring drilling and analyzes their reasons. As a focus, it thoroughly analyzes some common accidents possibly occur-ing during pilot hole drilling operations with raise-boring machines, including diameter shrinkage, borehole collapse, drill pipe sticking, deviation beyond limits, lost circulation, etc., and then provides instructive treatment plans and methods based on the analysis results. This paper is of great guidance significance to pilot hole drilling operations with raise-boring machines.
